The ABL Jetty Master Training Program brings together our Jetty Masters to strengthen the operational and safety capabilities required to manage jetty and ship–shore activities with confidence, precision, and consistency.
Conducted in collaboration with STIP Indonesia, the program is delivered across two consecutive batches, with Batch 1 taking place on 10–11 September and Batch 2 on 11–12 September 2026.
Through classroom learning, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises, participants deepen their understanding of maritime regulations, jetty infrastructure, loading and discharging, mooring and unmooring, ship–shore communication, risk assessment, safety management, and emergency response.
More than transferring knowledge, the program is about strengthening professional judgement, operational readiness, and the ability to make the right decisions when it matters most.
Because every safe operation starts with competent people, clear judgement, and a commitment to operational excellence.
