Surabaya, 17 May 2024 - Asian Bulk Logistics (ABL) and Surabaya Polytechnic of Shipping (Poltekpel) have officially collaborated in the implementation of the 2024 Cadetship Program. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties took place today, accompanied by a public lecture and selection of prospective cadets who will join the program.

The 2024 Cadetship Program is designed to provide an opportunity for Poltekpel Surabaya students to gain practical experience and hands-on skills in the maritime industry. Through this program, the cadets will receive intensive training, mentoring from professionals, and internship opportunities on ABL's vessels.

Cooperation with Asian Bulk Logistics not only broadens the horizons and experience of our students, but also improves the quality of education at Poltekpel Surabaya.

In addition to the MoU signing, today's event was also filled with public lectures delivered by experts from ABL. This public lecture aimed to provide an overview of the maritime industry and the challenges it faces. After the public lecture, a selection process for cadet candidates was carried out involving various stages, including knowledge tests, interviews, and technical ability evaluations.
