ESG Training at Site

Beginning an ESG endeavor, Asian Bulk Logistics conducted a Gap Analysis in its operational regions from November 13 to November 14, 2023. Collaborating with Green consultant, the company together with consultant assessed the on-ground implementation and mapped out existing practices within the shipping industry concerning ESG. This initiative also included ESG awareness training for all ABL employees in the operational areas. As part of the comprehensive assessment, visits and surveys were conducted on our CTS and tug n Barge. ABL remains unwavering in its commitment to champion ESG within our company, believing that these endeavors are pivotal in realizing a sustainable future for our organization.

This training aims to foster a comprehensive understanding of ESG concepts and applications, enabling a unified approach towards achieving our ESG objectives. Coftober (Coffee Talk on October)

Coftober (Coffee Talk on October) is one of our employee engagement activities. This event took place on October 10, 2023, at of WK Pagi-Sore in Berau, East Kalimantan. with theme 'Know Your Coffee, Know Your Team.' Coftober was much more than a coffee-centric event; it was designed to foster deeper connections among our team members. It provided our employees with a platform to engage in meaningful conversations, share their experiences, and fortify the bonds within our ABL family. Despite our hectic operational schedules, we dedicated this special time to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to each and every member of our team. We believe that this event will contribute to building a stronger, more cohesive team that can easily achieve our company's targets.

Mental Health Webinar

After around two years of working through a pandemic, many of you might have learned to think about mental health in new ways, especially in the workplace. Whatever your working situation might be, mental health has been an afterthought. On Monday April 17, 2023, ABL will host a free webinar for all employees to shed more light on these issues. We expect from this webinar, we can learn to adapt and build more positive work environment while boosting the resilience ideology for individuals in the company who spend majority of their waking hours at work. To all ABL employees, let's join this mindful webinar with Shanty Maya as we talk mental health at work and learn many ways to improve emotional well-being at work. Movie Time Februari

On last Feb 17th, we wrapped up the workday early and went to cinema to watch movie together to celebrate Valentine’s Day with ABL squad. Previously, we sent out a poll and let them choose what movie they would like to watch. And our choice fell on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania 🐜 Fortunately, we have the opportunity to connect and bond with ABL squad and celebrate Valentine’s Day. We hope this initiative will result in a better working environment and happier employees in the long term❤️
