Jakarta, 18–20 July 2025  In response to its rapid inorganic business growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and internationally, Asian Bulk Logistics (ABL) Group is taking bold steps to fortify its organizational foundation and agility.

As part of this ongoing transformation journey, ABL Group, in collaboration with Danlantamal XIII, successfully conducted the Strategic Leadership Alignment: Driving Organizational Transformation Through Stronger Leadership program. Held over three days, the initiative brought together 25 key leaders from Operations, Technical, and Procurement teams.

The program was designed to build leadership readiness, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and dismantle silo mentalities—a critical step as ABL positions itself for sustained growth. Participants engaged in intensive sessions aimed at cultivating leadership insight, sharpening decision-making, and embedding a culture of transparency, open communication, and adaptability.

Through this alignment, ABL strengthens its commitment to empowering leaders to navigate change, inspire teams, and drive the next chapter of growth for the Group, solidifying its readiness to lead in the global logistics and infrastructure space.
