The ABL Group Acquisition Completion Ceremony was successfully held in Bali on 17 December 2025, marking the formal completion of ABL Group’s acquisition of SCF Containers.

During the ceremony, Ibu Ika Heru Beth Ari, President Director of ABL Group, and Robert Brierly, Director of Australian Global Infrastructure (an ABL Group subsidiary), formally executed the acquisition completion and funding documentation representing a key milestone in ABL Group’s strategic growth journey.

As part of the event, a memento handover was conducted by Justin Speedy, CEO of SCF Containers. The mementos were presented to Bobby Andhika Chief Operating Officer of ABL Group and Andrew Betts, CEO of One Rail Australia.
