SACTI Values Training took place on 19 and 26 August 2026, creating an immersive learning journey designed to turn our values into everyday leadership and action.

Through game-based learning, group discussions, reflection, and action planning, participants explored how Safety, Agility, Collaborative, Trustworthy, and Innovation can shape the way we work, lead, and make decisions.

More than understanding values, this journey is about experiencing them, owning them, and turning them into consistent behaviors.
