Asian Bulk Logistics, together with our strategic partner PT Berau Coal, proudly conducted mangrove planting and beach cleanup activities. ABL committed to supporting our partner’s environmental programs. One of our latest initiatives includes mangrove planting and coastal cleanup activities held on Semama and Derawan Islands—two key marine areas within our operational region.

This program aims to preserve marine biodiversity and promote responsible marine spatial use. As stated by Dinul Islami, PJO of PT ABL Berau site, “This initiative reflects our continuous support for environmental stewardship and sustainable coastal ecosystems.”

The event also welcomed Mr. Indra Mahardika, Head of Derawan Village, along with members of the Derawan Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), who actively participated in the activities.

According to Mr. Pasmika, the event coordinator from PT Berau Coal, “This program is a regular initiative that must be reported directly to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. We sincerely thank our strategic partner, PT ABL, for their strong contribution to this important environmental effort.”
