The Strategic Leadership Meeting, held on 17 December 2025, brought together leadership representatives from across the ABL Group, alongside group entities including One Rail Australia (ORA), Transhipment Service Australia (TSA), and SCF Containers. The meeting served as a dedicated platform for leaders to reflect, align, and strengthen a shared vision, ensuring strategic coherence as the organisation continues to grow and evolve.

The discussions, together with guest speaker Robbert van Trooijen (former Maersk), emphasised that strategy cannot be applied uniformly across all companies, as each organisation’s true strength lies in its own unique “secret sauce”. It was highlighted that strategy must be clearly articulated and consistently driven by top management to become embedded within organisational culture. Building on this perspective, the meeting reaffirmed the ABL Group’s strategic ambition to integrate these distinctive strengths and capabilities to become a world-class integrated logistics and infrastructure solutions provider, delivering focused excellence while creating long-term, sustainable value.
