On 29–30 November 2025, ABL held a Team Building programme at the Berau Site, bringing together our operational teams to strengthen unity, collaboration, and a renewed spirit of togetherness. The activities were designed to reinforce teamwork, build trust, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging across the ABL family.

This is not only a series of usual games, but carefully designed activities that demonstrated each of ABL’s core values in action. The challenges encouraged Safety as a shared responsibility, Agility in adapting to change, Collaboration across all roles, Trustworthy behaviour in every step, and Innovation in finding solutions together. These shared experiences helped reinforce the mindset and culture that continue to drive ABL forward.

As highlighted by Pak Boby Andhika, COO of ABL Group, this programme aims to build a stronger bond among our operational teams, ensuring we move as one united ABL Group with a renewed sense of purpose and synergy. And so on, these moments serve as an anchor for our continued growth and resilience.

In addition, the event was complemented by a meaningful CSR initiative through the planting of 100 tree seedlings, including trembesi, gaharu, and several fruit varieties. This effort reflects ABL’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and our contribution to long-term environmental wellbeing.

Furthermore, the team building programme also featured a Loyalty Award ceremony, honouring employees who have dedicated more than 5, 10, and even 15 years of loyal service to ABL. This recognition symbolises their unwavering commitment, long-standing contribution, and the strength they bring to ABL’s continued journey.
