In line with our dedication to upholding strong corporate governance principles, Asian Bulk Logistics underwent an external audit performed by RINA on October 23–24, 2023, with a specific focus on ISO 45001. This audit stands as a testament to our commitment at ABL towards our recently initiated ESG program.

The ISO 45001 audit aims to establish objectives as the primary targets set by an organization to improve its occupational health and safety (OH&S) performance. These objectives serve as a roadmap for organizations to continuously improve OH&S management systems and ensure the well-being of our employees.

This corresponds with one of our ESG initiatives, specifically in the governance aspect, to demonstrate our commitment to enhancing business transparency.
